About: Totalitus has been a bounty hunter for most of his life. Though he is well known for the countless dangerous criminals he has brought in, very very few know his identity.
He is very skilled with technology, especially weapons, and has created several. He has also created an advanced suit of armor heavily based off of ***** technology.
Totalitus has also gained a link with a...unique type of energy...more on that later...

Current Arsenal:

-Pulse Rifle: a powerful, rapid firing energy weapon. It is extremely accurate if shot slowly, but if fired rapidly, it's erratic recoil makes it difficult to hit far off targets precisely. It also has a charge function which combines individual pulse shots into a sphere of energy. It then launches a slow moving sphere which, on detonation, releases a devastating blast of energy which can totally disintegrate most organic matter.

-Omega Tau Cannon: a powerful and precise particle beam cannon. It's primary fire shoots piercing beams of energy at a quick rate. If the beam hits a wall or floor, it will sometimes ricochet. Not the most powerful of weapons, but useful against unarmored targets. It's secondary fire is much more potent. This form allows it to charge and store a large amount of energy. When the beam hits matter, it will usually tear through it, dragging with it positively charged matter(protons). This makes it especially deadly for two reasons. If fired at an enemy, it will pull out a portion of him/her/it with it. And if fired at a wall, it pulls out positive matter with it, magnifying the power and dispersing the blast, bathing anything on the other side with deadly particles and radiation.

-Armor(To be named): A suit of powered armor based off ***** technology. It uses energy shielding that provides effective, but somewhat below average, defense. However, the bulk of it's defense ability lies in it's extreme mobility. It is equipped with two small annihilation jets on it's back. By annihilating matter and anti-matter, it can accelerate the user to speeds nearly 5 times that of sound in an extremely short frame of time, and enable to user to leap extremely long distances. It also allows him to nearly instantly change his direction and overcome extreme inertia. The suit is equipped with two forearm mounted energy blades.

Species: Vortigaunt

Weapons: Warp Cannon, Natural electrical bolt attack

Suit: none. After countless battles, and a death, Vonxt has been ressurected as a cyborg with human tech and Vortigaunt bio-tech. His upper half is covered by a suit-like apparutus and energy sheilds. The unarmored parts are also protected by energy sheilding. He only has one natural arm. The cybornetic one can be fitted with a warp cannon. Or it can be fitted with a cybernetic arm, allowing fire bolts of electricity that all vortiguants are naturally capaple of fireing. His warp cannon is also fitted with an energy sword. Vonxt is able to survive the vaccum of space.

Bio: Vortigaunts have been allies with humans since the early 2000s, several years after the "Black Mesa Incedent".They are now part of the Universal Alliance. Vonxt is part of this government; he is a warrior-hunter. Due to some actions he is not entirely proud of, Vonxt has gained an energy link to hell. This allowed him to call upon tremendous power at will. However, at one point, a gatekeeper of hell(baphomet) gained control of this energy stream, and began to control Vonxt. This forced him to go to hell itself and destroy the baphomet, freeing him from hell's grip and allowing to use the energy without much danger of loosing control.

Warp Cannon: emits a blue beam of energy at it's target, painting it, then releases a massive flux of destructive energy capable of causing massive blast, disintegrating nearby matter. It also has a more focused setting, which fires the same amount of energy, but concentrated into a point less than an inch in diameter, and is thus capable of easily blasting through even the most durable of material.

Ship: Vonxt owns a small organic ship names Organ. It has self healing capabilities, can form weapons at any point on it's surface, and is capable of creating and maintaining portals. It's AI, organic Vortigaunt-tech as well, is super intelligent and capable of thought processes paralleling that of sentient beings.

Vonxt is the pwn. Oh, Weeman, I decided not to make a bunch of different characters. I just kept Duriel as one person.

Yeah...I'm probably gonna only use one for now...but if that RP board gets made...I'll probably use both but in different RPs...now I just gotta figure out a way to get Totalitus or Vonxt into the story...
