Just so you know, when Derdev made a little power list or whatever, when he listed actual people it was from top to bottom himself, me, then you...and I don't even remotely get why I'm above you in said list...

*troughs the five knives at a wall in a long oval shape. the rest of my knives shoot into the wall in the form of a line coming out of the top of the oval with 5 of them and the other five form a tight circle at the top of the line. i drop the the ground and catch the 2 foot knives as they fall and swings both in front of me, spins and slashes with the right one, and jabs 3 times in about one second with the left one. i do a back flip back and while in air the knives turn into a bow and i pull it back and an arrow appears in it, and i shoot it at the ground where i was standing and there is a small explosion where it hits. i land and my bow turns into a mase, and i jump forward swinging and splitting the explosion in two. it turns into a whip and i start swinging it fast enough to create a orb around me or area being whipped. the whip turns into a sword and i jab 3 times, jump back, and and jump forward doing a wide swing.* that was a nice basic warm up. *continues doing complicated exercises.*

*finishes off a combo, spins, and kicks 3 times in the air and trusts my right fist forward smashing an inviable face, and brings my foot up and smashes it down on my imaginary enemy and sending my foot into the ground until it is completely submerged. pulls it out and looks over at tr breathing heavily and starting to perspire.* what? oh, ya, warming up. ya, i do because i don't want to just suddenly start putting large strain on my body. i like to work my way up to harder and harder exercises. i like that last one because it doesn't force me to use my shadows. *sinks into the ground and comes back up with a tight fitting t- shirt and baggy pants.* hmm, what now.... i know. *summons a training post with poles coming out of it that can spin freely on an access (two on each side, two near the ground and two about elbow height. i punch one of the arms and duck as the other one comes towards me. i punch it and the legs spin. i jump over the first one and land on the second one, and jump through the still spinning arms and through a couple of knives down, lands behind it and elbows it in the back as the arms spin and i block it with my right arm and spin around and punch again, and the arms again spinn (its a very advanced training pole, and also its made of material that i would have to really try to break.) and, i continue to train on it.*
