99... 100... *A trickle of sweat runs from my temple and down my left cheek* Okay done *I uncross my left arm and slam it into the ground leaving a crack in the ground and use the momentum to launch myself 20 feet into the air. I twist my body into a fighting pose and do a spin kick behind my before parrying a punch from an invisible foe in front of me. I fall to the ground punching and kicking the air in a volley of attacks before landing on the ground on my left arm and staying with just my left arm on the ground, my body ridged as a pole, legs both sticking straight up in the air*

*I quickly transfer arms and reach my left hand into my jacket pulling out 4 knives, then I use the momentum created by the transfer to spin myself in a circle, releasing the 4 knives at a group of three targets possitioned 35 feet away from me. Each of the knives hits dead center on the target and I continue to twist my body, switching my arms to keep me moving and lower my legs until I am doing a flare (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flare_%28breakdancing_move%29)*
